Ramin Niami- President
Director, Writer, Producer (PGA, Producer Guild of America member)
Ramin Niami is an Iranian born, US based writer, director and producer of feature films and documentaries. Ramin wrote, produced and directed the theatrical feature films Somewhere in the City (U.S. theatrical: Artistic License/HBO), Paris (Showtime/Warner Brothers Home Video), and Shirin in Love (U.S. Theatrical: AMC Independent/Vision Films), a romantic comedy set in Los Angeles and northern California which stars Nazanin Boniadi, and Amy Madigan, and was released theatrically in the US.
His feature films have been shown in many international film festivals such as Tribeca Film International and Hof International Film Festival, and released theatrically and on platforms including HBO, Cinemax, TMC, and Showtime.
Ramin’s psychological thriller/horror feature film Eye Without a Face was released on VOD in the US and Canada by Gravitas Ventures and 101 Films/Miracle Media in the UK. Ramin’s documentary films include the award-winning feature film Babe’s and Ricky’s Inn about a blues club in LA which was theatrically released. Ramin has also produced a number of independent narrative and documentary feature films including Amir Naderi’s Magic Lantern, which premiered in the Venice International Film Festival in September 2018 and Manhattan by Numbers which also screened at Venice Film Festival and was in competition at the San Sebastian Film Festival.
Ramin currently has two films in the last stage of post-production, Fade Away, a narrative drama feature shot in Narni in Umbria, and a documentary feature shot in South Wales, titled Michael: Now and Then.
Reza Narimizadeh- Sound Supervisor & Sound Editor
Reza Narimizadeh is an Iranian born, US based sound editor and sound designer who has worked on over thirty award-winning feature films. He is best known for his work as Sound Editor of the Academy Award-winning films A Separation(2012) and The Salesman (2016) directed by Asghar Farhadi. Additionally, he did the sound editing for prolific, award-winning director Abbas Kiarostami's films Like Someone in Love and Shirin.
Reza has previously worked on The Box directed by Sasha Sibley and Eye Without A Face directed by Ramin Niami. He is also involved in Ramin’s films FADE AWAY and MICHAEL: NOW AND THEN.

Tara Violet Niami- Cinematographer and Photographer
Tara Violet Niami is an award-winning photographer and cinematographer from Los Angeles. Tara holds an MFA from American Film Institute Conservatory in Cinematography and a BFA in photography at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York.
As a cinematographer, Tara has worked in the fields of documentary, narrative fiction, fashion film and music videos. Her work has premiered at festivals including the Palm Springs International Short Film Festival, Outfest, and the debut of LA Film Festival-presented by Mubi x Mezzanine. Tara made her feature film debut as the cinematographer of Eye Without A Face.
Tara is represented by Claire Best of Claire Best & Associates.
Karen Robson- Producer
Karen Robson produces, executive produces and invests in motion pictures in conjunction with writer/director/producer Ramin Niami and Sideshow Films in Los Angeles, California.
Alongside director Ramin Niami, Karen produced the romantic comedy feature film Shirin in Love, psychological thriller/horror film Eye Without a Face, feature documentary Michael: Now and Then shot in Wales which is currently in post-production and narrative feature film Fade Away starring Nicholas Porcelli and Anastasia Bay shot in Italy also in post production. Karen was also the executive producer of award-winning feature documentary Babe’s and Ricky’s Inn.
